Jane Pruitt
- The Storyteller

Got good messaging, bad messaging or no messaging at all? Simply put, Jane Pruitt is a strategic guru who can wrangle words into shape and tell your story better than J.K. Rowling. As the editorial director, Jane possesses an uncanny knack for deciphering the messages that really matter with a strategic eye for meeting company objectives. She mows down all that technical and marketing mumbo jumbo and positions your company as a part of the bigger industry picture so that the media, analysts and investors will stand up and take notice. From press releases to case studies, byline articles to Web sites - no document misses her magical charms.

What was the first album you ever owned?

Steve Miller Band, Book of Dreams – I asked for it for
Christmas when I was five.

I wish that I could...

Sing like Idina Menzel.

Who would you invite to a celebrity dinner party?
Idina Menzel, Kisten Chenoweth, Cameron Diaz, Bear Grylls,
Bill Clinton and Tony Soprano. Gordon Ramsay can come too
but he has to do the cooking.

What is your favorite quote?

"If dogs ever take over the world I hope that they don't
choose their leader based on size because there are probably
some Chihuahuas with really good ideas!"

What is your favorite cheesy movie?

Twister. I have to watch it every time it is on TV.

What do you enjoy most about working in PR?

Bringing together a big jumble of company information,
technical product details and industry issues from a client,
making sense out of it all, and then seeing the media take
hold of the messages I helped to create and shape.
